Exodus 12:3–13; John 1:29

On the night of the first Passover, every household chose a spotless lamb. Its blood on the doorposts meant the destroyer would pass over. Centuries later, John the Immerser saw Yeshua walking by the Jordan and cried out, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" The Passover was never only a memory; it was a promise waiting to be fulfilled. Today, rest under the covering of His blood. You are not spared because you are perfect, but because the Lamb was.
